The wait was okay, honestly. Could it have been faster? Sure, but it wasn’t anything too frustrating. I’ve definitely waited longer at other places, so overall it was manageable.

Boston Pizza is a lifesaver when everyone is being wildly indecisive. Their menu is HUGE, pizza, pasta, burgers, wings, salads, you name it, so there’s pretty much something for everyone. I love having that many choices, but wow, it can also feel like my brain is doing gymnastics just trying to pick something. The pizza is definitely the star for me, though. Some of the other stuff is fine, but not everything hits the same. The website is easy to use, it just takes a bit to scroll through everything because the menu is basically a novel.

The staff took the time to check allergens for me and they did have gluten-free choices, which I really appreciated. It’s rare for us to feel safe eating out, so that part meant a lot. The only downside was the waiting—it felt longer than it should have and got frustrating. Still, I was glad they took the allergy concerns seriously.

Boston Pizza has an okay drink selection... nothing really stood out to me, but it gets the job done. They’ve got the usual beers, cocktails, and pop, so if you’re just hanging out with friends, it’s totally fine. I kind of wish they had more local beer options or something a little different on the menu, though. A few of the drinks also felt a bit pricey for what they were. Overall, not bad... just average. I’d still order drinks there, but mostly if I’m already there for food.

Went to Boston Pizza with friends. It was fine. Clean place. Staff were nice. It got loud quick though, so talking was kind of a pain. Lots of TVs if you’re there for sports. Not really the best for a chill meal. Not bad. Just average.

I ordered takeout through bostonpizza.com and the process was straightforward, which I appreciated. The food was ready around the time they said it would be, so no real issue there. The only downside was the pizza was already kind of lukewarm when I picked it up. It tasted fine, but definitely didn’t feel as fresh as when you eat in the restaurant. I didn’t bother contacting customer service because, i never really trust that they’ll do much besides send a generic reply. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special either.

Boston Pizza is usually a decent place to go with the kids. Like, the menu has things my kids will actually eat, which is always half the battle, and the staff are generally chill about families being there. They don’t give off that annoyed vibe, you know? The only thing is it can get loud, and the service can be a bit slow sometimes, especially when it’s busy. So yeah, not bad overall, just not exactly the most relaxing family meal every time

The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. What bothered me more was that our table still had crumbs on it when we sat down, and the washroom definitely needed some attention. I know places like to say they care about cleanliness and all that, but it didn’t really feel that way in the moment. To be fair, the staff did wipe the table after we asked, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Just felt like they could’ve been more on top of the basics.

Went to Boston Pizza with some friends to watch the game. The TVs were good and the place had that fun sports bar kind of vibe, so that part was nice. But once it got busy, service got slow. Food was okay, not really anything special, and the wings came out a bit cold. Still had a alright night overall, just felt kinda average for what we paid. I’d probably go again if I was nearby.
